We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager with 2-3 yrs of experience to look after our Tuticorin BFSI & NBFC client operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work from Home Opportunity
  • Handle customer interface and act as a single point of contact for queries
  • Active involvement in operations and ensuring delivery as per the agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Project planning and costing to ensure healthy profitability of the project and also ensure steady revenue growth
  • Address technical and operations issues as and when required
  • Take ownership of weekly/monthly service review calls with the customer/client and plan the agenda accordingly
  • Maintain data on a daily basis and analyze the same for identifying any trend and using the information for process improvement

Qualifications and Experiences:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related industry field preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of customer relationship, requirement gathering, and process implementation experience, preferably in a BFSI/NBFC (Banking/micro-finance) software development environment
  • Experience working with standard research tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Experience in creating UML process flow and business requirement document
  • Experience in validating requirements
  • Experience working with direct customer and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in Spreadsheets / Database: MS Excel, {MS Access(Value added)}
  • Experience working in SharePoint, MS Teams, Slack, Google meet, Skype
  • Adoption of standards and best practices for platform & process implementation
  • Formulating milestones and deliverables
