- Bengali/Hindi speaking, Inbound & outbound calls, Excellent communication skills
- Respond to incoming calls and update general inquiry in CRM
- Register customer visit as per the customers need
- Doing outgoing calls as per the base provided by the customer
- Conduct necessary follow-up on incoming call inquiries
- Do outbound calls for SMS campaign as per the base provided by the customer
Key Professional Attributes:
- Proper Phone ettiquette and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Excellent knowledge with computers, especially CRM systems and excel
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Excellent Bengali/Hindi communication skills
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Bengali is Mandatory
- Willing to work on rotational shifts
