We are looking for a Vice President – Commercial and Legal who will be responsible for establishing and achieving commercial goals for all projects across geographies, effective negotiations, deal closures; Individuals with sound legal and compliance knowledge to prepare legally sound contracts with risk avoidance. You will be responsible for engaging with intradisciplinary teams across all our global locations and tasked with coordinating, assessing the potential and closing deals across global markets we cater to.

Key Responsibilities:

Ongoing Projects:
  • Be the face of iSolve in all Customer and Vendor side Commercial matters and actively coordinate with various departments such as Sales, Operations, Transition and Platform teams, Procurement, HR, Admin, Accounts for smooth flow of work
  • Establish and achieve Commercial Goals for all customers/projects/geographies
  • Set and meet all RPU and IOE goals. Ensure a steady growth of RPU and IOE
  • Take over the negotiation process from the Sales team and ensure a smooth closure
  • Prepare legally sound Contracts with risk avoidance and ensure compliance
  • Follow through and prevent customer side gaps like delayed payments, TDS and other commercial aspects and ensure customer side adherence
Upcoming Projects:
  • Engage with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Platform teams to calculate and project RPU and IOE
  • Take over the negotiation process from the Sales team and ensure a smooth closure
  • Prepare legally sound Contracts with risk avoidance and ensure compliance, Security deposits and other commercial aspects are adhered to
  • Assess customer side risks and mitigate through acceptable methods
  • Assess iSolve side risks and safeguard company interests
Vendor Relationships & Procurement:
  • Enhance appropriate vendor enrollment and engagement policies
  • Ensure all processes are adhered to in procurement and vendor engagements
  • Ensure vendor satisfaction and vendor capability growth

Other responsibilities:

  • Expand the Commercial & legal team for company growth
  • Establish lean methods to constantly “Cut Waste” and enhance productivity
  • Engage and build proper relationships with Government agencies – Police, Corporation, etc for enhanced support and co-operation
  • Visit customers, operations centers or field teams when required or appropriate

Professional Skills:

  • Proven Negotiation and Commercial Closing skills
  • Ability to engage with Top / Senior Management of clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Exceptional management, decision-making and problem-solving skills


  • Experience: 15+ years’
  • Affinity for Travel
  • English, Tamizh & Hindi mandatory (Read and Write)
