We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to handle Sourcing & Recruiting IT requirements, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement, Generalist HR activities and Competence Mapping programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Recruiting for IT requirements
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Measure and manage employee retention and at all levels
  • Implement competence mapping cum performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual)
  • Implement and conduct 360° evaluation processes
  • Assist in HR Operations

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduates in any field
  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Immediate Joiners preferred
